Bill Benton
William B. “Bill” Benton, Jr. has over 40 years of experience in the recreational property and agricultural real estate sectors. Mr. Benton is a licensed real estate broker in Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Missouri; and is the owner and principal broker of Outdoor Properties, LLC which has sold more than $500 Million in farm and recreational properties since 2010. His experience includes executing purchase/sale transactions, development, management and ownership as a principal in multiple properties within the United States and Canada. His prior activities as a principal and agent have resulted in significant positive investment returns over an extended period of time. Mr. Benton also served as Vice Chairman of Carlson Bancshares Inc., an Arkansas bank holding company. Prior to that, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Planters National Bank and Lakeside Bancshares, Inc. and has served as a director and officer in other banking and insurance interests. Mr. Benton has served as a member of the National Finance Committee of Ducks Unlimited, a Board Member of the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation, and as a Board Member of the National Wildlife Federation. Mr. Benton is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in business administration.

Benjamin Benton
Ben Benton has lifelong exposure to the recreational real estate industry having grown up in the Classic Sporting Properties family. Ben graduated from Memphis University School in 2012 and went on to play college football with the University of Arkansas Razorbacks and the Arkansas State Red Wolves. Ben has been a licensed real estate agent and Broker in Arkansas for 8 years. In the past for Classic Sporting Properties, Ben has managed all aspects of various clubs including on site property management, the relationships between the club and Ownership Group, members, guests, employees, and the associated community. Ben developed operating policies and procedures and directed the work of all independent contractors and staff. He monitored the quality of the club’s products and services to ensure maximum member and guest satisfaction. Ben and his wife, Alexandra Benton, who is the current Deputy Attorney General for Arkansas, currently live in Little Rock, AR with their son Bennie.

Spike Treadwell learned to love the outdoors at an early age, growing up on the family farm in Fayette County, TN. This love of the outdoors led him to Mississippi State University where he studied wildlife management and later earned his master’s degree in forestry. As a certified wildlife biologist and registered forester, Spike brings these valuable services in-house to better serve our clients’ property evaluation and management needs. Spike has a passion for wetlands and green tree reservoir management, especially for the benefit of waterfowl, and his timber management philosophy benefits wildlife first.
Spike’s early career was spent in the family custom home building business where he gained the knowledge and experience to oversee high end hunting lodge development and construction with an emphasis on value engineering.

Chase Walt
Chase Walt
Chase is a native of Altheimer, Arkansas where he was raised on his family's farm. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and began his career in agriculture during college, continuing for 36 years as a third-generation farmer/landowner. Chase has extensive experience in property acquisition and improvement of both agricultural and hunting properties. Chase brings a lifetime of knowledge on property infrastructure including road & levee building, crop management, and equipment oversight.
